PSPP-BUG: I cannot use PSPP for importing excel file

Hi there, 

I have a problem, because I cannot imort excel file to the programm, it's not readable, I mean I can not read this inormation. I add pictures from my screen, so you can see the problem and maybe you can explain what kind of problem is excisting.
