Hi,

your help is very much appreciated. The manual you refer to is the

released 0.10.2 version. The version from the current git will be

available in the nightly builds:

No need to thank me, Mr. Beckmann.
Reporting bugs and fixing typos in the docs is just a small token of
appreciation for being offered a great piece of software.  With users'
feedback (effectively distributed quality control) the software only
gets better for all to use with time. It's a win-win situation.
