Details:
The build seems not to work when gnumeric and ods reader are not installed.
The problem was reported in the mailing list:
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gnu-pspp/2016-11/msg00000.html
The problem description contains a patch proposal. I have not tested this yet.
