Cannot submit edits to PR's using GnatsWeb 2.8.0

Hi,

I am having problems submitting edits to gnats using gnatsweb, edit-pr works 
fine but when I try to submit an edit using gnatsweb I get the following 
error

[Tue May 15 12:44:39 2001] [error] [client 192.168.2.2] Premature end of 
script headers: /usr/local/www/cgi-bin/gnatsweb.pl

Anyone got any ideas what this could be?
