segv in file-pr

I have been using GNATS for sometime without too many problems.

Last week, file-pr starting seg'v-ing every time queue-pr --run was
executed.  It had been running flawlessly for over 1 year.  The version is
3.107

I used the opportunity to upgrage to v 3.113, and I get the same error.  I
searched the archives and tried the fix for the regex.translate = NULL; It
didn't seem to work.

Forgive me if this post has been answered before, but I can't find the
answer.

I am running on Solaris 2.6.

Any help is appreciated.
