Problem with "file-pr" in gnats

Hi,

I've installed Gnats 3.113 on the Sun machine. All configurations for Gnats
will be maked.
I've created a crontab file called ".gnatscron" which contains
the line:

0,15,30,45 12 03 05 4 /usr/local/libexec/gnats/queue-pr --run

When the crontab starts i become the error message:

Problem with file-pr
gnats couldn't read the queue file ()!

It will be really appreciated if someone can help me in this regard.
