I would assume that TkGnats can talk SMTP directly to the Windows mail
server, but any and all mail that goes to "bugs" (the gnats system itself)
has to be forwarded somehow to the UNIX machine where it is piped through
a gnats program (queue-pr) to be entered into the gnats database.
