hi all
have 2 questions regarding gnatsweb
1. when i submit a problem report, gnats/gnatsweb posts it twice...it
appears as two different PR in the PR table.
2. when i try to change the state of a PR, it returns the ff error
Error: parse the ARRIVAL_DATE date: Mon Feb 19 19:10:01 PHT 2001.
please help
