Ugh, you definitely don't want to use Gnats 3.2, as it's a very old and
very broken release. Use the current stable release, which is 3.113 (6
years newer than 3.2 - and, yes, the version numbering might seem odd). You
can get it from ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/gnats/snapshots/index.html
