Problem with edit-pr

Hello,

 

I have installed gnats 4.0 on my Redhat linux (6.2).  It's working fine except two things :

   

    1)  When the database contains no PR, it shoud give error message that "No PRs matched". Instead it is giving

            Error : HCPRUN640E Unable to open index file /usr/local/share/gnats/g4-db/<database>/gnats-adm/index

 

    2)  When I do the changes for exising PRs, in the audit-trail, it is not displaying the person who edited the PR.  (this will be             stored in $EditUserEMailAddr).  It is just blank which means null address.

 

Any idea how to correct the above two situations?  Where am I wrong?
