If they're in pending, then GNATS was unable to process them as valid new
PRs. Missing fields or invalid field values or something is wrong.
Move them by editting them. Fix the problem and set the Category to what
they should be.

These are from failed edit-pr attempts.

Just delete the *.old; they're copies of the actual PR. edot-pr compares
xxx with xxx.old to see if you actually made any changes.
