I think that there is no problem in programs.
Some things which should improve remain about the document.

 - There is no description about HTML/FILEMAP.

 - The template of scripts should be added to FILES in the manual.
 - `datadir' should be added to CONFIGURATION in the manual.

 - Should the description about the perl version htags in FAQ be removed?
   If not, notes like "being applied only to the perl version" are required.
