C version of htags(1)

Hi,
I have developped C version of htags(1). Work is almost completed.

I would like to put it into the CVS repository.
The method for that was devised.

o C version of htags is installed as '/usr/local/bin/htags'.
o Perl version of htags is installed as '/usr/local/bin/htags.pl'.
  (This version should be left in the package until the C version is stable.)

What do you think?
Do you need the source code before putting into the repository?
