Hello, CVS repository hackers!

I have written a PHP parser for GLOBAL.
It is necessary to install flex(1) and gperf(1) in your environment
to compile this parser.
(Of course, configure script users don't need it.)

Would you please install above tools in your environment?
Since both of them are GNU software, you can get them from GNU ftp site.

I would like to commit this code by the end of a day or two.
