Follow-up Comment #2, sr #108743 (project gettext):
gettext-runtimeintlplural-exp.c(71): error C2373:
'libintl_gettext_germanic_plural' : redefinition; different type modifiers
1> gettext-0.19.5.1gettext-runtimeintlplural-exp.h(111) : see
declaration of 'libintl_gettext_germanic_plural'
removing const is fixing it for me.
