File mode and Umask setting in editfiles - cfengine 1.6.2

It looks like the bug regarding losing the file mode when editing a file
is fixed, although if you use AutoCreate, it seems to always end up with
mode 600.  The docs say it should default to 644, and the Umask option
seems to indicate you can specify the mode, but it doesn't seem to
recognize it.  In version 1.6.1 the Umask option was in the docs but
caused a syntax error.
