Problems compiling IRIX 6.5.5

There is a problem when compiling cfengine-1.6.0 on SGI IRIX 6.5.5
because the symbol VMIN is defined in /usr/include/termios.h as "#define
VMIN 4" this is in conflict with the declaration in src/cf.extern.h and
src/globals.c.

Easily fixed by adding an #undef VMIN in the beginning of
src/cf.extern.h and src/cf.defs.h.
