Follow-up Comment #10:

Reopened this patch until gcc 4.0.0 and binutils 2.16 is released, that way
other users can more easily find the required patches.



Also, updated the gcc patch for 3.4.x with the fixes for the tiny13 and
tiny2313, moving them to the avr2 "arch". This patch has been tested on gcc
3.4.3.
