Hello Tassilo,
My original mail was sent through the Hotmail Webmail interface.

It seems that the list server discards Hotmail mails with attachments...

It would be great if you please add my gmail address (in CC of this email) to 
the addresses which the list must accept even when not member of this list. So 
next time I would send my contribution with Emacs using the gmail SMTP.

Your exact mail address is actually even on the list of addresses the
mailinglist should accept even if you were no subscriber.  But we have
some filter which would silently discard mails with suspicious
attachments (exe and friends) and also mails with improper attachment
declarations.  With what mail program did you send it?  (Given that in
your mail forward the headers appear in French, I guess that you've
probably sent the original mail with some tool which interprets the
standards "loosely" and thus was filtered out).
