[AUCTeX] turn off auto-breaking of long comment lines

AUCTex is taking my long comment lines and breaking them and putting
extra %'s at the beginning of the line breaks.  I read some of these
comments in Python and preprocess some things, so I need the comments
left alone as one long line.  How do I turn off this feature?

For example, instead of
%blahblahblahblahblahblahblahblahblah

I get
%blahblahblah
%blahblahblah
%blahblahblah
